Your application should be received no later than 5.00pm on the closing date published in the advertisement. Applications should be addressed to Human Resources, City of Botany Bay Council and will be accepted in any one of the following formats:
- Posted to PO Box 331, Mascot NSW 1460.
- Fax to (02) 9366 3699.
Only people with the right to work in this country may apply for vacant positions. For permanent positions you must hold:
- Australian Citizenship or Australian permanent residency; or
- New Zealand Citizenship or New Zealand permanent residency
Please ensure the following information is included in your application:
Name, address for correspondence and daytime contact telephone number.
A brief curriculum vitae is required. Please do not use folder, binders or plastic sleeves or send originals of certificates, licences, etc.
Statement Addressing Position Requirements
You should demonstrate how you satisfy the requirements of the position by clearly describing how you meet them through your qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities and relevant experience.
Name, relationship and contact details of two referees. (Referees will not be contacted until after discussion with you.)
List any academic qualifications and professional development activities you have undertaken. (If you are selected for interview you will be required to bring originals of any academic qualifications for verification).
All applications are reviewed within 4 weeks of the advertised closing date and only successful applicants chosen to attend an interview will be contacted further.
If you have received no further contact after 4 weeks following the closing date, your application has been unsuccessful and we thank you for your interest in this position.
