Birthday Parties

Information for parents giving Birthday Parties at Botany Aquatic Centre

 

• All parties requiring use of the slides on weekdays must pre-book by at least two weeks, this does not mean you have exclusive use of waterslides. A minimum of 10 tickets must be bought. Waterslides are normally open weekends and public school holidays.

• Discount books for waterslides are available; a book of 10 x 1/2 hour slides are $60.00 (normally 10 tickets would be $75.00).

• Picnic tables cannot be reserved, first in first served.

• Please note, children under the height of 1.3 m are not allowed on the water slides.

• There are four electric BBQ's available for use. No gas or other BBQ's are allowed to be bought in.

• Discount books may be purchased; 20 child tickets for $50.00 (normally 20 tickets would cost $60.00), and 20 adult tickets for $80.00 (normally 20 tickets would cost $100.00) Great savings, can use remaining tickets throughout the season!!

• If discount books are purchased, a person from the party must stand in the foyer to give these tickets to their guest. Alternatively, if purchased in advance put a ticket in the invitation card.

• At the conclusion of the party, party organisers should arrange a specific pickup time when all children will be brought to reception area. Parents dropping off or picking up children will not be allowed into the pool premises if they have not paid entry. Children can also be paged over the loudspeaker system when parents need to pick up a child.

• No glass, No water balloons/bombs. No party poppers allowed.

• Ice-cream cakes are not a good idea, due to limited freezer space, we are not able to mind it for you.
