Services provided by the Department in relation to Council's built assets -
	Energy Efficiency Practices - including auditing of Council's energy efficiency and water usage for Council properties.
	Maintenance and repair of Council's Buildings - this is an ongoing program to ensure that Council's assets are maintained
	Security Services - Council properties are subject to a nightly security checks provided by Ranger Officers.
	Alterations & Additions to Assets - alterations and additions to Council assets are managed within the Department.
