An information and reference service is provided by experienced professional library staff. Reference librarians are available to help and advise you in using the catalogue, reference collections and accessing other online resources. Your enquiry can be in person, by telephone, fax or email.

	Chat online with a reference librarian Monday to Friday 9 am to 7 pm (AEST). AskNow! is a national service staffed by librarians across Australia. Depending on the time you try the service, you may be chatting to a librarian in any of the States and Territories.
