Standing Committees

Council is supported by six Standing Committees of which
the Mayor is Chairperson. In the Mayor's absence the Vice Chairperson takes
the chair. There are also 13 sub-committees and liaison positions.

When and
where does Council meet?
|
|
|
|
The City
of Botany Bay Council meets every month in the
Council Chambers in Botany
Town Hall, corner Edward Street and
Botany Road,
Botany.
All members of the public are welcome. Alternatively, you can view and listen to it right
here on our website.
Council also has a number of standing committees which deal with matters
before they are approved by Council. These meetings are open to the public
and you can voice your opinions on such matters as building and development
applications.

All
meetings are held in the Committee Rooms, Botany Town Hall,
cnr Edward
Street and Botany Road, Botany. The Committees can
be held either in the morning at 7.00am or the evening at 6.30pm.
