High Street Reserve

Council will be carrying out construction works as part of the installation of a dog off leash facility within High Street Reserve, Mascot. It is anticipated the works will commence from early September and take approximately 4 - 6 weeks to complete, weather permitting.

The upgrade will include the installation of fencing, gates, seating, bins and a drinking fountain within the western portion of the park. A new concrete footpath will be installed to improve access. The existing playground area will be shifted north towards King Street and embellished with a new swing set. Landscaping and tree planting will also form part of the works.

Pedestrian access through the park between King and High Streets will not be affected.

Construction of the dog off-leash facility is part of Council’s commitment to providing safe, accessible open space facilities in our community.
