Botany Town Hall

Alf Kay Eastlakes Community Hall

Booking Conditions

  • Bookings, including payment, should be finalised 10 days in advance of the event
  • Minimum 2 hour hire period on Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm and a minimum 4 hours hire period at all other times
  • Table and chair set up will be charged at an hourly rate
  • Hire is subject to the hirer having appropriate Public Liability Insurance and agreement to venue specific terms and conditions
  • Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total hire fee
  • Unscheduled extension of the hire will be calculated at 1.5 times the hourly rate
